This mod creates a beautiful village in Starlight drivethrough. you will need to scrap all vehicles and junk in the main parking area. The area needs several modes. Homemaker SKE Banking. Police table. HZS Offices and Stores.
This is my first mod. the original used Alternate water sources which i find is not available. you may have to delete the clock then put in your own water source.
