I figured it doesn't, but does it conflict with Fallout London?

"Realistic", "I didn't feel like that was balanced so I changed it."

Gotta choose between realistic and balanced bro. Otherwise this mod should be named generic damage multiplier.

You've got a point. how about "More realistic than vanilla without you being one-shot by a lucky bullet at low-level, and making the game damn near unplayable, weapon damages"? or is that a bit of a mouthful? I still included the original multipliers, labelled "hardcore". I really don't know why you felt the need to post this, to be honest.

Does this conflict with Horizon? I want the weapons to do a LITTLE more damage in Horizon and this seems like the cleanest solution.

it shouldn't, but then, I don't use or plan to use Horizon.

So then this functions in a similar fashion to the original New Vegas one? In that it modifies the damage your limbs take but doesn't actually touch the weapons themselves so that we don't need to patch every weapon mod we have to work with it?

Also does it ensure that it's only for humans? so that when fighting something like Super Mutants or Deathclaws they are not so easily headshotted away?

Looks like it functions the same as the new vegas mod.
  5. Does this make arms and legs more easily crippled like the original RWD?

I have no idea, I don't use BLD. But feel free to test it and get back to me.

Also, I created this as an alternative to BLD since that was far more complicated than the type of mod I wanted.
  7. Oh nice. I think I'll try this out with Unbogus Health Scaling (basically, you no longer get any extra health when you level up) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24313

Should make for a fun challenge.

Are these ESPs flagged as ESLs?
If not please consider creating ESL versions.

Okay, I've done it a few times. Please check out: https://www.creationkit.com/fallout4/index.php?title=Data_File

Under ".esl" it says how to convert ESP to ESL after "To convert a normal plugin".

When I install through Vortex I never get asked which version to enable.

You shouldn't. It's just both plugins in one .zip file. Just activate one of the ESPs and yer good to go.
