Need to trim that stache, my man....also, not sure why anyone would want to BE Hitler, although it would be kinda cool to see him as a NPC with his own evil questline and back story befitting the madman that he was. I can see someone creating a DLC style mod as an alternate history(He escapes Germany and disappears into the Boston area) , with him as the big bad guy....but I just don't get why anyone would want to play him as their main character, but, to each his own I quess.

Excellent! I used this when I decided to make fun of Dogmeat by turning him into a human. It became doubly pleasant to feed the parasite, which was always getting under my feet, with lead.
