June 11th Update: Hey everyone! I'm currently working on a full overhaul of this mod. All the paints in this pack are being redone from scratch to be more closer to their 76 counterparts. I've been practicing Substance Painter and am achieving results i am super happy about and Substance let's me create new Specular Maps which help the look of the paints. Additionally, i will try my best to fix the bugged paint effects and i will add new paints from 76. At the end of it, this mod will be renamed to Captain's 76 Power Armor Paint Pack. There will of course be two versions available, one that matches Bethesda's UHD DLC and one that matches the Standard Game file sizes.
I will eventually revisit this mod myself and separate my own custom paints and 76 paints as separate mods as well as redo all the paints with what I’ve learned to do with substance.
however, this will take some time as I’ve lost my job and it’s causing anxiety and depression which slows my work.
Downloading this without Premium is certainly an experience.
This is amazing! As someone who has played and actually enjoys F76, it was tough to go back to FO4 for a variety of reasons; mostly the lack of variety lol. This will help bunches. Got your weapon pack too!
Fortunately other mod authors, such as Alexerator and Donskie62 have come out with their own recreations of weapons from other Fallout games, F76 included. If only we could get some of F76's heavy weapons here :D
Why are the download are so low man this is the best power armor paint mod in this platform and the thing is I found this randomly. (There is a bug with t-60 Tesla power armor that when I want to craft it it's in in the right and it's rotated it's not in the armor at all)
Absolutely amazing work! I've been trying to find a good port of the black bird paint job for ages now, I'm so glad that I found your mod. Also, I was wondering if you were ever planning on expanding some of the paint jobs to the X02 and Hellfire PAs, considering they graduated to being free with the nextGen update.
PS: Ngl I'd KILL (in fo4 ofc) for a Blackbird Hellfire scheme
Not ports, Recreations. Apologies for the correction but need to make sure people understand it's against the EULA to port stuff from one Bethesda Game to another, these are fully remade only using the original as reference which is allowed.
Now that the X-02 and Hellfire are freely available for everyone i do need to try and find the time to revisit this and see what i can add.
I downloaded the mod, im currently running the story wealth collection and I have worsin's immersive power armor garage as well, idk if those are incompatible but when I got into the paint section on my T-45s, none of the paints show up. Do I have to unlock them or activate them?
If any of those mods change how the power armor paints are applied these paints wont work. I know there are mods that separate the misc slot attachments from the paints such edits are so heavy they change how paints are applied which will disrupt paint mods. However, if you aren't using any mods that change the attachment slots for power armor then this mod should not have issues as power armor paints are separate entries.
Does this affects leveled lists of NPCs, etc? And what's their resolution? 4k? I try to use 2k only, but considering the size I assume they are 4k I guess?
No changes were made to any NPC leveled lists, this mod only adds new paints for you to use in the workbench. Resolution for this mod is 2K because bethesda kept PA paints in 2K even on the UHD pack, but i always try to offer a lower rez version if any specific mod is 4K.
Yes in the sense that this does not conflict with that power armor. But this won't also add anything to the Hellcat PA. It's a separate mod and needs it's own updates for any additional paints.

In the meantime, If you have issues with the effects of the paints not functioning, grab this fix by Treadwheel:

Wish there was an esl-flagged esp, instead of an ESM - its getting overwritten by everything.
NVMD - there seems to only be one Keyword that is getting overwritten, and I am not even sure what it does.
