If you CTD after starting your game make sure that Gloves of the Commonwealth - Crafting.esp is loaded after GlovesOfTheCommonwealth.esp in your load order as GlovesOfTheCommonwealth.esp is a master for this file.
I like this idea, but maybe I am a bit confused...
I downloaded this because I had been very impressed with the ASE options for outfits like the Silver Shroud Costume, which had a 'slot' that offered glove options, like 'Weighted'. I presumed that adding separate gloves would allow the same ASE options to build into the gloves, but it seems when I click on the Armor Worktable, the gloves don't get any crafting options? Are they purely cosmetic?
This is just a crafting patch for Gloves of the Commonwealth so you don't have to spawn the items in via console, any questions outside of the actual crafting should be directed to the author on their mod page.
But in short, the gloves from Gloves of the Commonwealth at this stage are purely cosmetic and I'm unsure if that will change in the future.
Just tweaked your file to make the gloves available under Armorsmith Extended Workbench. I thought I'd let you know since I re-used your file as a basis. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3973/?
I think I didn't even change author's name in the plugin xD
Nvm, if you want to reupload the file here, I'd rather turn it off, there is no point to keep thousands of those arround.
Perfect ! Just grab mine and re-upload it here, and then send me a pm so I can take mine down Let me now if you tell fadingsignal yourself or want me to warn him of the change (so he can update his mod page description).
I don't understand why nobody seems to do any kind of quick search to see if said mod has already been done (and in some cases, done 10+ times) before spending their time making it again...
First of all, doing things yourself, rather than simply downloading them is a good way to learn, even if it has been done before. Second no two implementations of a thing will be exactly the same and some people will prefer one over the other, so having alternatives is always a good thing.
And as always with mods, if you don't like it, don't download it... ;-P

Good looking work regardless and I like what I've seen so far!

If you would rather not manage the mod then I'm happy to upload it here, otherwise feel free to keep it up
Gloves Of The Commonwealth - Crafting Workbench Patch
I mean, I guess this version doesn't require Crafting Workbenches, but still...
Cheers for the input anyway!
