Unfortunately this blueprint doesn't even show up for me. :/
Your Red Rocket Blueprint works just fine though. Any idea?

So I'm about a year late to this party but I've been struggling with the same thing for this whole gap.

You may have abandoned your efforts or already figured it out, but I figure this is as good a place as any for the next poor guy who has the same problem:

Check your ""...\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\" folder. There's going to be however many numbered folders (these are your blueprints). Check each one-- the .json file for Immersive Sanctuary might have gotten shoved in a folder with another file-- each folder can only have one of these files.

      What to do now:

Cut either Immersive Sanctuary or whatever other file is in the same folder --> back out --> create new folder --> paste inside that folder.

If your folders also have a "managed by vortex" or whatnot-- copy (not cut) that into the new folder as well.

I really hope all of that made sense.
Best of luck out there, yall.

So a few mods are unavailable due to either no longer being on Nexus or having to have the DLC's, so you might what to add the DLC's to the Requirements because without all the Mods needed this one doesn't work too well.

I love your builds because they are simple, reasonably realistic, and not so over the top that they need 20 different mods just to give me a drop in FPS when I visit. Keep up the great work!

I'm going to assume you're not using the Transfer Settlements mod which is what these blueprints need in order to use it. Watch this video and it will show you how to use it.

I use a mod called SKK Settlement Attacks which helps randomize settlement raids and make them more immersive. I constructed this blueprint and the next in-game day the place was raided (128 defense with just the quincy 5).... 20 raiders were all gunned down by the back wall. It was anarchy and hilarious fun!

I noticed that the turrets in the center of the settlement kept trying to "help" by shooting through the bus. May want to move/store those turrets.

Really nice settlement, much nicer than any other sanctuary build and very lore friendly. I like that you have left lots of room for our own stuff. The only issue I had was the auto close doors made it difficult to assign settlers to vendor counters, so i removed & then replaced them after.
