Wow, first to make a comment. That almost never happens. Instead of 2 different downloads, how about just an esl flagged esp. Works the same as an esl but it's sortable in your load order like and esp.
Oh, and if they'd have a Defence Rating it would be even better
I don't know how to make an ESL flagged ESP. They should all have a defense rating of six. Its the maximum amount a single settler can have. I could have made them lower, but then settlers would be patrolling instead of just staying at one post.
I didn't figure these would be to popular anyway. I didn't even opt it in for DP lol. I'll have to get more creative on designs for the posts. This was just a simple mod I made in about an hour out of static collections.
If your using any of the newer versions of FO4Edit simply open the plugin, go to header and look for the ESL flag, assuming your file already has compacted IDs as you have a .ESL file type. From the maker of FO4Edit Elminster he says there is almost no reason to use the .ESL file type any more unless you really need to file to load up with the .ESMs for some reason.

I have a mod called Vault 110 and I tried to make that an ESL but it always tell me there are too many FormID's and try compacting again.
