Also for the ADA lockpick and hack bug, the easiest way for me to get rid of it is to transport them into a different worldspace without your character there and have them teleport back to you. I had to use a console command and move them to somewhere else far away or in an interior world space that I don't occupy. I input ~prid "ada reference id" and then ~moveto "2baea", (2baea is the reference id for a raider in the interior space in hardware town where you mix the green paint) then I just summon her back. This is also a solution for the sentry bot/assaultron head light massive frame drop bug (and it won't screw up the sentry's ranged weaponry like disabling the character and re-enabling does). Other than that there aren't any less invasive ways to fix those problems.
