Simple mod where I tweaked the parameters of Idiot Savant with FO4Edit so that higher Int makes it prock more.
Update:
Uploaded an alternate version "Eureka" that has the same chance irregardless of your Int
One uses the vanilla max of Hex 09 00 or 9% and another version with its set to the max of a single hex 0F00 or 15%
