To support my work, subscribe to my BitChute channel (older videos). Also, subscribe to my new YouTube channel which includes the newer videos. Let's reach a wider audience. It's all free.

A few warnings before you go ahead and play my mods or post comments here:

    1. Translation Mods: All translations you will find of this mod are unofficial translations that were never actively supported by me and they may also be out of date. Only the English version is the official version. Use translation mods at your own risk. Any "bug report" is considered null and void if you fail to heed this warning.
    2. Removing a Mod: Uninstalling mods during the middle of a playthrough is not safe and it can corrupt your playthrough. Do not try it. Every time you delete or deactivate a mod, you need to start a new game or reload from a previous save that didn't have the mod activated already. Any "bug report" is considered null and void if you fail to heed this warning.
    3. Update Your Game: Older versions of Fallout 4 may not be able to run this mod. Keep it updated, there is no excuse as Steam does it automatically.
    4. Cheats: My mods, quest/companion mods especially, do not support the use of quest skipping cheats like "setstage" to advance the story. This is an easy way to break not just the mod, but the vanilla game itself. Any "bug report" is considered null and void if you fail to heed this warning.
    5. Bug Reports: These are encouraged, if you're willing to follow the rules above and properly document your findings to the point where anyone could replicate these alleged bugs or at least have a reasonable clue on how to replicate them with ease. A true bug report should also describe a problem inherent to the mod, not merely a conflict with a third-party mod. If you just wanna post vague one-liners like "this mod doesn't work" or "NPC X won't talk to me" save yourself the trouble. My standard response is "no, you're wrong, it's working as intended". I am also far more likely to take an issue seriously if you have tested out the mod on a clean save with no other mods active.
    6. Compatibility With Other Mods: A lot of effort is put into avoiding editing vanilla forms and having conflicts with other mods, that said, there could still be issues even if no vanilla form is edited by the mod. Players are encouraged to talk with each other about this as posts like "is this mod compatible with mod X?" are not guaranteed a response from me. Most of the time, I really don't know and I can't account for the changes that 5000 other mods make to the game. If it's not in the description, I probably don't know.
    7. Read The Description: This is pretty straightforward. Read it or else...

I gotta say, I was skeptical to try this and it sat in my NMM for a week or two before I activated it finally. f*#@ me, I wish I had found this 100 levels ago! If you have a high level and think the game is too easy, please give this a try. Combat was getting stale in all but the highest level areas and I've been scouring mods for weeks trying to find anything that would add new functionality, difficulty, anything to bring some new flare to my stupid long almost level 200 playthrough lol. I've found a lot of great stuff, but nothing that really made combat more difficult... wanted to try MAIM but that will have to wait for my next playthrough as I'm going to start my mod build over from scratch and update everything.
My first encounter after activating was the blood bug pack by the sewer entrance near Taffington and it wiped me out within seconds. So far the performance is very consistent. Raider packs are another good example and are far more deadly now. I have to pay attention on even the smallest encounters to avoid being overwhelmed when I wander around just like in the beginning of the game. It's fantastic lol. Thanks for making my game hard again, no more bullet sponging my way across the wasteland without a care in the world.

This is excellent! You don't suppose there's an easy way to make the REVERSE true too is there? A damage buff applied to yourself as you gain levels?

Edit: You know, since there's also those survival mods that make bullet damage you deal alot higher as well? I feel like this is an excellent and easy to do solution for the problems that infinite enemy scaling, static damage on weapons, and infinite leveling cause.

I decided not to use that as the player damage was already way too high.

Around levels 60+ nobody should have any trouble slaughtering waves of enemies, even on Survival. The damage taken becomes a joke without mods and you can two-shot most enemies. This sort of gives enemies a fighting chance.

I did raise armor rating a bit so armor doesn't become completely useless by level 100. Power armor should be very good for this mod and won't break as easily with patch 1.1.

Well let's consider some weapons you'll likely find by the time you're 100.

Instigating weapons dealing 2x damage if target is full HP. With rockets or stealth this basically one-shots everything.
Combat shotguns with exploding bullets (utterly ridiculous weapons, maybe I'll nerf them in another mod, this weapon can take out entire waves of any enemies).

Hmmm you have a fair point. Thanks for the update though! I was worried it was just some conflict I had that was causing the damage on PA suits to be so high.

One problem is that if enemy damage is high then damage on power armor is also high.

One permanent solution would be to scale durability based on level, but I don't know of a way to do that.

So with scaling armor rating instead, PA should take less damage anyway.

I'm level 225 now, my suit has 5k+ rating up from 1.7k vanilla. The game isn't exactly challenging at this point, but death can happen very easily. The lowly raiders are weak no matter how much you buff them, a pipe pistol isn't a challenge, but a lucky explosive can still take you out.
