Thanks for this. Great location, and it's working fine for me so far. Makes no sense why there haven't been more downloads and endorsements.
Yes, it is indeed in a rough neighborhood, but that just makes it more fun designing a defense strategy. And there's no need to go out scrounging for materials because mutants and raiders bring me goodies every day. Plus enough mirelurk meat to feed everyone!
This is a cool settlement, especially with the super mutants to the west so close. I have a problem though. It is not acting as a settlement, though your other settlement mods all do just fine. On the map, it shows nothing but the icon and name. No settler counts or happiness. When I go to another settlement (vanilla) to send a provisioner, this location is not listed.
For some reason I keep returning to this settlement only to find the junk fencing I put up is gone. First time I thought it was me, but I made a note of it and it is reproducible. ESL version if it matters. Thoughts?
I'm sure one of the many mods I use does include the fences. I did try something though...replaced the ESL version with the ESP version and the fences seem to stay. I think your ESL version is flagged as a master and does not allow load ordering (force sorted). You may want to change the flag setting to: ESP marked as ESL so that it will allow manual sorting. Still gets loaded in ESL space then and does not count against plugin limit.
Just guessing here, but I could try and convert the ESP version myself and see what happens that way.
I can't wait to try this out. The the way you've done it, is perfect for Sim Settlements. Even room for water based plots. I might even make a City Plan for this.
I just wanted to say great job on this mod. This place is in a horrible location with the muts and raiders next door. But you did such a good job cleaning and fixing it up I had to try it. Great job on the doors! Just those doors are worth the download. I'll never use it as a settlement but I'll stop by to sleep. Thanks for the power armor too.
Oh the PA frame, I almost forgot haha. I was very surprised when I figured out elevators masters can be used for pretty much anything you want to move. Now I will probably find something in every one of my settlements to use this feature on lol.

But I have not installed SS on my PC. But I've used it on Xbox one when I was a console peasant lol.
There's a lot of nasty neighbors to the west and the south, so build those defenses but north and east are unthreatened.
I pickpocketed their fusion cores and confiscated their power armors :D
