This is a brand new rework of my original Reeb Marina settlement. Lots of fixes and new features. ESL file optional.

This a complete rework of my original Reeb Marina Settlement. It comes default with 15 water, six food an two beds.

Reeb Marina is a great looking place in my opinion. That's why I went back and fixed everything I got wrong the first time I uploaded this file. And I learned how to make the doors open too.

The two huge sets of barn doors slide open now, independently of each other. Which I have to say is pretty awesome, considering I used a master control from an elevator to make them work. One for each side of the door to be specific.

There are two buttons connected to each set of doors. One button inside, one button outside.

I have added preferred pathing to the settlement. But settlers will prefer to go around and not use the barn doors. This is because the doors are not really doors... They are elevators lol. And NPCs cannot use them if they don't know they are doors.

All of the workbenches have been connected to the workshop.

There is a requirement to kill all the enemies (bloodbugs) from the area before the workshop is accessible. Also you may need to kill the robots there as well. But only if you haven't done the quest yet.

I put a workshop set owned trigger inside a tiny building (see image) in case you have any problem getting the workshop to activate.

None of the quest related items have been disabled, but if you already have the quest for the area done, all you have to do to get rid of the terminals is scrap the tables they are sitting on.

Anything like oil lamps can also gotten rid of by scrapping whatever they may be sitting on. The light from them will also vanish.

The area of build area stops at the fallen overpass.

I have made custom sinks and toilets, and used it in both bathrooms they will not be scrappable. Settlers will sit on the toilet because they will see it as a chair. The sinks have clean water and can be drank from. And provide water and happiness to the settlement.

There are showers in the bathrooms, but they are not usable yet. I have to learn how to make NPCs interact with them first. The shower heads themselves produce happiness as well, because, who isn't happy when they are able to take showers?

I have also made a custom cooking stove in the kitchen area that is connected to the workshop and will share resources with it. Also not scrappable.

The navmesh in the original mod was messy and incomplete, I've fixed all of the problem areas and there are no deleted navmesh records now. 

Settlers spawn with a beacon and can be sent from other settlements as well. Supply lines work perfectly also.

I have tested this mod with a 99% complete save game, that never had mods installed. Again, everything worked as it should. 

Official Contraptions Workshop DLC is required, I have used pieces contained to rebuild some of the warehouse.

I may make precombines for this mod if some people need them, but I didn't have any frame drops so I figured it doesn't need any. But if you pack this settlement full of stuff you might need them.

This mod has been fully cleaned with FO4Edit.
