Have a bug....I installed mod. ESP. Cleared out Tunnels. Made the settlement, and installed a Recruitment Beacon. 3x in day time and 2 IRL days time, still no one shows up. I even tried assigning others to it, waited 3x in game days. Nothing. Not sure what Im doing wrong. I know this is a older (But really one of my favs) mod.....
Any body getting CTDs in boston while using this? I literaly can not move a at least two certain points without a CTD. And yes it's replicatable. I have three screenshots, howver there is no way for me to upload them.

The reason is simple, I like to create what I want in a colony, I don't like to have tattered dirt lying around, I like to be able to remove furniture I don't like, vehicles I don't want to use and recreate something complete. Apart from that the only thing I can remove is the roads. Even using the console I can't even remove these objects. The place is very interesting for a colony but not in these conditions. It's not enough to set up a workshop in order to create a colony, there are many other things to do in addition. I also think it's a pity that the ghouls are no longer there and the modification of some constructions. the place is promising I only advise you to finish it to make it a colony that you can really build.
