    Have a bug....I installed mod. ESP. Cleared out Tunnels. Made the settlement, and installed a Recruitment Beacon. 3x in day time and 2 IRL days time, still no one shows up. I even tried assigning others to it, waited 3x in game days. Nothing. Not sure what Im doing wrong. I know this is a older (But really one of my favs) mod.....

    Any body getting CTDs in boston while using this? I literaly can not move a at least two certain points without a CTD. And yes it's replicatable. I have three screenshots, howver there is no way for me to upload them.

    I do not know if it's becasue of this mode, hence why I worded what I said, the way I did and did so in the comment section.

    Just 1 thing, zombies appear in the station tunnel at the center of the settlement, is it a bug or it's normal?

      That would be aa completely different cell. So his Mod would not effect it unless he added changes to that cell.

    Hello, Id' like to know if this settlement comes pre-scrapped, because i'm actually one of the wierdos who likes to scrap things myself and leave some junky objects where they are. And does this area need to be cleared of enemies first? Also, is most furniture removed from the interiors or left alone? Thanks in advance

    I personally hated that mod. The reason is simple, I like to create what I want in a colony, I don't like to have tattered dirt lying around, I like to be able to remove furniture I don't like, vehicles I don't want to use and recreate something complete. Apart from that the only thing I can remove is the roads. Even using the console I can't even remove these objects. The place is very interesting for a colony but not in these conditions. It's not enough to set up a workshop in order to create a colony, there are many other things to do in addition. I also think it's a pity that the ghouls are no longer there and the modification of some constructions. the place is promising I only advise you to finish it to make it a colony that you can really build.

      As far as I am aware, you cannot remove objects that are part of a precombine. I built precombines for this mod. So if it doesn't belong to a scrap list, it was included in those precombines.

    like the concept but some of the buildings make it impossible for me to place objects is a recurring issue just a little curious is all

      Its because some of the vanilla floors dont have a stackable tag on them.

    Is there any way to add the settlement without adding the repaired buildings? Aka keeping the area as vanilla as possible while still adding the ability to build a settlement there
