Adds a large, fully working settlement to the College Square area of Cambridge Massachusetts. ESL file optional.

This mod adds a fully working player settlement to College Square. It has been set up with 9 fully repaired and navmeshed buildings for you and your settlers to live in. Ghouls have been disabled and will not bother you. Regular settlement attacks will still happen.
The BoS quest Fire Support still works. You can actually snipe ghouls from the top floor of one of the two new buildings I built here. I did that while I was testing in a new game. All the gun fire was really annoying, so I sniped them myself.
I also tested with a 99% complete save game, that never had mods installed, and everything in the settlement was working as intended.
There is a substantial area for growing crops. Supply lines and moving settlers from other settlements works just like vanilla. Settlers showing up through settlement beacons works also.
There are two news stands and a diner located within the settlement area. As well as a few houses and other building you can use as businesses of you so choose.
Vault-Tec is a requirement since I used the settlement border from that DLC. None matched what I needed better.
Wasteland Workshop is also required for some assets used from that DLC as well. Mostly decorations.
This mod has been fully cleaned with FO4Edit.
