Put this on today and everything works like it should. The chessboard scrap worked. Happiness started at 50 and went up appropriately. No "clear enemies" bug. I can send settlers there no problem, the workshop shows in the list and on the supply line view on the map, and I can build and scrap remaining statics. Thanks!
Hi! The settlement is perfect but there is only one problem. I cant sent settlers in mystic pines, happiness stuck at 0, and the settlement wont appear on my settlement list. Other than that its the best mystic pines settlement, the ground is nice and wont stick inside the building and all the trash piles are scrappable and there arent any redundant lights! perfect for my rebuild but if only i could send settlers in there. Your other mod roadside pines motel is perfect with zero issues so far:)
I was able to build a few things, but after returning, I'm getting a message that I need to clear enemies first. No issues sleeping inside though. Also I scrapped with the chessboard. Any ideas?
You might try typing KAH in the console. Its short for kill all hostiles. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what's going on.
There are some Raiders nearby. So they may have respawned if you were using on an existing game. Now I use set owned triggers on all my settlements so things like this can't happen.
I just found your settlement mods, and I am excited to try them. The pics look awesome, and the locations are great choices! I do have a couple of questions about this location specifically:
1) The description mentions that it will conflict with mods that impact the same and surrounding areas; would this mean that it might conflict with Lexington Interiors?
2) If I have already discovered this location, is it too late to add it? I am still early on in my modded playthrough, but I have been to Lexington already.
So...let's talk about fate for a minute. Been playing Skyrim again for awhile now and actually got the quest to find Kahvozein's fang just the other day.
Had actually deleted all my FO4 files which also included a self-made mod of a settlement at Mystic Pines just like yours.
Decided to switch to playing F04 again and I've been searching for "replacement" mods. Thank you for helping me avoid having to remake that mod!
Lol, I had a username change not to long ago and I chose KahvozeinsFang for some unknown reason. Its only a small quest in Skyrim and I haven't completed it in a very long time, but it always stood out in my mind.
It sucks you didn't get to remake your mod though. I have a lot of fun building settlements and love every one of them I make. The only part I hate is Navmesh lol. I'm getting good enough at it that I'm not worried about missing with it though.
I used to have a lot of Skyrim mods posted, but I've deleted pretty much all of them recently. And they are mostly gone forever because I didn't make backups of them. Except for a couple of the best ones. Thanks for downloading, let me know if you enjoy my take on Mystic Pines.
Came here after downloading Roadside Pines, and I really appreciate how you approached Mystic Pines' trash, navmesh, and precombine issues. Looks like Lexington is going to have a permanent Minuteman presence now.

I got it to work after another install. It might of been an issue with Vortex load order, which is way too complicated to figure out right now. :(

Thanks so much for sharing your work!
