Moo's Clear water.
This was created because im blind as a bat and was really straining to see anything underwater.
What Does this mod do, It changes the density of the water effect while swimming underwater making this easier to see.
Makes water surfaces pop and works well with one of my favorite mods WET - Water Enhancement Textures
Installation instructions
Place the file in your data DIR {C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data}
Edit the plugins.txt in {C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME_HERE\AppData\Local\Fallout4}
