This mod was made to clean and rebuild Croup Manor with all the best parts of the other mods on Nexus all rolled into one. (don't worry, I made my own file, because I know how to make mods, you can check if you like) While still retaining the feel of a vanilla settlement. ESL under Optional. No DLC versions under Miscellaneous files.
It has a fully rebuilt interior with patched walls, roofs and floors. As of version 1.1 all broken glass has been removed from the windows.
Also new navmesh to match the new layout of the house, with preferred pathing throughout so your settlers don't take the long way around to the scavenging stations or beds. (Zero navmesh errors by the way)
There is now a workshop set owned trigger so you can leave the unaggressive Ghoul alive if you want too.
All light sources have been disabled so you can light the house the way you want too.
The music in the area has been changed to be less creepy.
All NPC comments have been disabled, so they won't comment how crappy the place is, even after its been rebuilt.
A non-navmeshed closet has been added that you can put containers in, so hopefully settlers won't be able to steal your things. (no guarantees)
There is now railing around the balcony because it looks better then without it. Settlers couldn't fall off if they wanted too.
There have been many, many landscape edits to make the place look better.
Nothing has been changed in the basement yet, but that will change in a future update.
If you use Scrap Everything, so you can Scrap more in this settlement, make sure it loads after this mods.
