Version 1.3
Added navmesh precuts to several scrappable objects. Relocated the lift just southwest of the cell edge so NPC navigation works better at that location. Moved the refrigerator up to match the door. Modified house foundation so that it doesn't stick out under the freeway.

Reclaimed deleted NavMeshes and rotated the build area to fit the elevated road. Cleaned with xEdit.

Fixed highway statics (duplicate and set originals initially disabled) so that they can be built on without Place Everywhere. Also added a ruined car and modified the NavMesh near the military checkpoint between Mystic Pines and Rotten Landfill to help settlers reach the upper levels.

What: Settlement Location: East-southeast of Corvega automotive assembly plant at the south end of the freeway interchange Requirements: Contraptions DLC
Ground level and both lower and upper levels of the freeway are within the build area. On the top level facing southwest is a blue sanctuary house (MH03-Rosa) complete with carport. Several items are scrappable with navmeshes enabled after scrapping (precuts). Navmeshed lower and upper levels together. Navmeshed into the lift both on ground level and above. Freeway pieces can be built on without Place Anywhere, though if you're OCD like me, I recommend using it.
Hint: Place the fast travel welcome mat on the top freeway level to get vertibirds to land there!
Successfully tested using vanilla provisioners.
