Because a lot of the required mods are no longer available are the Wild wild west assets available via the settlement tools? I really REALLY would like access to the horses and wagon, preferably with the horses are single pieces even as decor cause Fallout 4 needs more unmutated Fauna.

Looking good, in the sub category of cabin in the woods were you find the railing's you will also find log's, the vertical log's snap to the end's of the wooden wall's and hide the join looking like upright support timbers, you can also usually place horizontal logs in such a way as to resemble roof support beam's.
It's looking nice, if like me though you get a bit lazy with building all those western building's or just want to add some plank board style western building's then also remember this mod Nuka World Shoppers's Paradise, while it's building's are small (except the saloon and two story house's and barn) they make a great companion to Cabin in the Wood's when building your western settlement's and it also has some western themed furniture and vending stall's. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27346
