NEW FIX: Simply dowgrade AWKCR to older versions, v3.2 works fine for me and install everything via Vortex.
Armour, Weapons and Cosmetics now work aswell. To get these bad boys to work, download and install UPDATE FILES from: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3877?tab=files
PRODBLEM: CTD on first loading screen on game boot up.
ISSUE: Has to do with either partial DLC, like me with Far Harbor only, OR it has to be with AWKCR.
SOLUTION: I was fiddling with this for a long, LONG ASS time.
Manually install Valdacil's and tag with "*" which moduls you want to activate in your %appdata%/Local/Fallout 4/Plugin.(txt., notepad, ...) I CTD in any occurrence once I did "*ValdacilsItemSorting-ZY-DLCFarHarbor.esp* to load in Far Harbobr. My FINAL FIX was to downgrade AWKCR version to 4.0. And it worked! I got DLC Items to be tagged, AWKCR runs and so does DEF_UI.
So do this: 1. Manually istall VIS 2. Tag with "*" for partial DLC's in: %appdata%/Local/Fallout 4/Plugin.(txt., notepad, ...) 3. Downgrade AWKCR (ver 4.0. seems to work fine) 4. Start game and cross your fingers
