    Hello mod users! I will now take a little break for releasing new replacers, instead i will update every single replacer that i have released. I will change the way how the mod replaces the gun. So after the update you can use replacers that replace the same weapon ie. RU556 and SCAR-H at the same time! Also all uniques will be supported! After the updates i will release new replacers!

    Thank you all for downloading and endorsing my mods, it is nice to see that you like these replacers! It's nice to have this kind of reception. I'm very new to modding and i'm still learning!

    Let me know in the comments what you think about the coming update and my mods in general!

    installed it on a fresh save; does it only appear after level 25-ish as a vanilla assault rifle? original mod was quite balanced where it would spawn chambered in pistol calibers on supermutants and low level raider bosses. so far have not seen a single one in game(lvl 15 character).

    I'm glad i was able to finally get rid of that bulky abomination of an assault rifle from the base game but I've run into the issue of the magazines for the marksman modifications not spawning at Arturo or KLEO. Anyone else have this problem?

      Yeah, it's built into the mod. It disables the Service Rifle's quest that enables the magazines and unique variants. The author said they would fix it, but they haven't been active for a long time.

      I'd probably recommend running the Service Rifle mod as a standalone if you want the unique variants and magazines and finding another weapon to replace the vanilla assault rifle. There is also a mod called Post-apocalyptic homemade weapons. replacer that has an optional file to keep the vanilla assault rifle in the game but replace it with a visually pleasing model.

    This mod just does not work. I have done as instructed, researched about what could be wrong. It just swaps the animations while leaving only one bullet in magazine. But it is still the ugly old assault rifle just more broken.

      This mod does work.

      You should probably check the "requirements" tab on the descriptions page of this mod?
      You need the SERVICE RIFLE mod in order for this replacer to work...

    I quite like the Service Rifle, and really like the way this mod handles injecting it, but would it be possible to have it replace the Combat Rifle instead? I have the Battle Rifle Overhaul for the Assault Rifle, and I've come to like that far more than just simply replacing it with another weapon.

    Edit: nevermind, I believe I fixed it with FO4edit. Don't really know what I'm doing, though, so I'm not sure if I needed to update any records or not. Just changed the FormID.

    The default assault rifle is very ugly and bulky, this mod is welcome. But I think you should leave it in for super mutant, it does fit their scale.

    I don't know why, but all replacement weapons mod don't work for me, no matters what i do the vanilla weapon still there with mod installed by vortex.

    Anyone might know why this mod may not be working? im assuming its a me problem.

    -Fresh install of fallout 4
    -F4SE installed and confirmed working.
    -Service rifle and this mod are the only 2 mods installed (This replacer mods' .ESP loaded last obviously)
    -Service rifle itself worked perfectly.

    When this replacer is installed, the model if the Assault rifle is still the vanilla model, but uses the Service Rifle Animations.


    Again im sure this is a me thing. Im just not sure what im doing wrong.

    Any pointers?

    I love your replacers and was planning on using them all the time but I just realized that supermutants can't use the service rifle (and apparently the R91 as well).

    The issue probably comes from the original weapon mods but it's a deal breaker for a replacer that badly weakens 1/3 of all enemies.

    I have a constructive suggestion though, maybe you could make it so that it replaces the assault rifle everywhere but in the supermutant Lists or maybe turn this mod into a combat rifle replacer instead (since, iirc combat rifles are never used by supermutants).

    I hope you can find a solution.

    I have a problem - super mutants do not use this weapons! That is, they just run at me in hand-to-hand combat. They have weapons in their inventory, but for some reason they don’t use it, I don’t know why.
    I need help!

    This mod appears to kill the original Service Rifle mod's questline. Level 32, no quest to find the Postman's body, no magazines spawning in vendor's inventory. Checking with FO4Edit, it appears to overwrite the quest entirely? Is this intended?

      Yes it is! Making version that doesn't do will appear in future!
