I went to Jamaica PLain for the first time with your mod installed but the old buildings are still there clipping through your new ones? What is causing this?

I haven't got a clue. I've removed the old buildings in my plugin. They shouldn't be there at all. Did it work like intended beforw you switched to the ESL?

When switching from ESP to ESL, it's best ti uninstall the ESP version, load your game, SAVE, then quit, then install the ESL, then load your game

The Records, from what I understand, are different, so you have to make a "Clean Save" first.
IE, you can't just uninstall the ESP, and install the ESL and expect your game to work correctly.

I has a similar experience with the mod on a second game play through with the mod. (Note it worked perfectly on the first play through) What I did to remedy the situation was to put your mod last on my load order.  It worked as  it should. Thanks for making this mod, It makes Jamaica Plains so much better.

oh that is a hell, well I love your mod, I have try a LOT of others but your works fine, well not 100% navemesh is little buggy but other things work, if you ever start moding again is there chance for bigger build area, there are few mods that add that but they are full of problems and they expand to all Jamaica Plain, I think all of it is too much

Added a few screenshots. Snappy saved my sanity when building here. I usually HATE this place even after trying out various mods. Jamaica "plain"?? Not anymore thanks to your mod.

Thanks for this. No issues found. Fixes/makes better a lot of features maybe found in older mods for this area. Navmesh is golden. I also like your version of the corner home the best so far. I also love the white brick... and if for some reason someone doesn't like the "living" plantlife added in this mod, just remove it once you're loaded up. Endorsed!

I use "Scrap Everything Ultimate" but these plants aren't scrappable for me, can anyone tell me how to get rid of them without using console disable? I change my game seasons based on real life so atm all our real bushes and trees are a bit drier and a paler olive green, I'd like to use Creative Gardens to simply replace these with the current real life colors each season.

Try looking at your load order. Scrapping mods need be last to load (bottom load order) to recognize assets used in other mods I think. Use LOOT/Vortex.

Excellent redo. This place was a mess before (resident nav was challenging). Residents nav well, including stairs. Feels like a contributing settlement now. Well done and thank you.

I can finally visit this place without being asked by the settlements missions. As soon as I saw how beautiful the place was, I built walls around and put turrets to protect it, I put a balisa and it is a settlement in conditions, not the forgotten ruins that were before

    Thank you for this

You are welcome, I'm glad you like it. If you would like to upload some screenshots of what you've built you can, I have turned on automatic approval for screenshots. I would love to see what everyone is doing with this settlement.

Oh awesome, and thank you. The updated Oldrim version is live now, but SSE version of Helgen should be updated pretty soon. I already have the file ready for upload, but it's still needs some testing to make sure it can be installed over the previous mod.

I haven't bought SSE yet, so I have someone else doing the port for me. Stay tuned!

I have already restored the house with the workshop. If I install your mod, what will be the changes, do I need to save furniture, plants and more? And whether it will be possible to replace then windows, walls, ceilings and doors?

It won't change anything you've built in workshop. But there will be the walls and ceilings I put in, and the ones you've built will be clipping through one another. I cant say I'd recommend that.

But you can always back up your save and try taking down what you've built before installing this mod. Just in case you want to have your buildings back.

You won't be able to scrap any of what I put in unless you have a mod that allows you to build these items. USO and a few others add scrapping recipes for the walls.

Good.I can use Snappy HouseKit https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11639 to change windows or walls?
P.S. I've been looking for a mod on this settlement-your at the moment is the best for me.
      Thank you for your answer.

I have snappy house kit but I haven't tried to scrap anything in this settlement yet. It might work if that author has added build and scrap recipes for this set of walls.
