Rebuilds Jamaica Plain to be the settlement it should be. Preferred Pathing added throughout the settlement. ESL file optional.

The mod will rebuild Jamaica Plain and adds a new house in the place of the unusable one. All the unscrappable has been removed and I also got rid of the bus. There is plant life now. I have fixed alot of the landscape as well because it sorely needed it.
I have closed up the hole between the two buildings, added new doors to the house, and fixed most of the concrete sidewalk all around the settlement. I have also gotten rid of the broken brick building on the corner and replaced it with one that is not smashed up.
Added navmesh to the second story of the building that houses the workshop and have removed navmesh everywhere where something has been added so settlers don't try walking through walls or anything. Also I have added preferred pathing through the settlement so settlers don't try walking all the way around.
And not to worry, there are NO deleted navmesh records.
