This is great. It has fixed the original mod. I have some suggestions. These are just ideas if you decide you want to continue on this mod, use any or all of them if you like:
-Make dial on left paint black, stays rusty when painted -make automatic like FO3? a fire rate of 35 seems to mimic FO3's automatic fire rate -Add a "fuel" ammo conversion? -Add another, darker black texture? Maybe call it "Hellfire" -The damage could use another 10-15 points base -Bigger fireball? -An extended barrel? -Would be cool to have an "improvised" tank that looked like the standard Incinerator's from FONV; it had the furthest back tank, no middle tank, and front tank, and a pipe for only the front one. Like this. -Possibly add to Level Lists? -Possibly replace the original's model completely, maybe disable originals in-game mesh too so people don't use it if they spawn it in
Nice mod with nice new mesh but i think while the original was very overpowered, the damage nerf of your mod is way too big (and this is just for the damage because remove the AOE is also too extreme in my opinion). I think that a great balance would be the damage from the CC one and your visual.
