   goto fall UI settings and change color from green to white/fx

   but how to disable FX on main character creation? because with fallui we can disable FX in pipboy only

   Hey, Tala. Wow, I can't tell you how long I've waited/wanted this mod. Thanks for your work. I'm loving it so far. Using it with FallUI is fantastic. I think I might be having an issue though. The popups outside of the PipBoy (him on crutches in the picture) aren't appearing in color. Any thoughts on what might be the issue? I installed this first, then FallUI if it matters.
