  Updated the settlement with some better items and fixed the defenses. Also, changed the file download to manual only, to avoid overwriting any of your current Transfer Settlement Files. Added some bots to handle some of the day-to-day activities.
  
  For those that are not familiar with adding json files manually, locate the following folder(s) on your system. The drives may be different on your system.
  
  G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\3
  
  In this case, I am using a folder named "3" for this Settlement. Simply create a folder with a number, not above 50 and drop the new file in there. It will then show up in the corresponding folder when you import the settlement.
