That's not a conflict. Each armor and outfit in the game has two variants: one with a pip-boy, one without, that's why you see NPCs wearing a different version, it is handled internally by the game; since the player is supposed to have a Pip-boy, the game automatically makes them equip the Pip-boy version, and since my mod only makes the Pip-boy invisible but not remove it, you still wear this version.

Simple, but effective mod. Works as intended. Just one minor issue I found, which is the pipboy light in 3rd person, it's below the player with this mod. Either way, simple, but effective mod, as I said. Thanks
sooooo i found something interesting. theres a flashlight mod that turns the pipboy light into an actual flashlight type light instead of an ambient glow. im saying this to tell you that for some reason when i have this mod active awhile trying to use the flashlight mod, it makes it to where the flashlight only points to the left of the character so its basically unsusable lol im gonna see if i can solve this somehow but i think its one of those "you cant have your cake and eat it too" kinda things
You said it turns invisible after you open the vault door. Is there any other way to make it invisible since I am using startmeup and you cannot open the vault door using the control panel with that mod installed.
Is there a console command or should I try the vault 114's door or something
edit: ohh the mod just edits out the model for the pipboy. It must be a conflict. My bad. edit2: Yup it needs to load after Pip-Boy Flashlight mod
I tried to do a little bit of troubleshooting but the mod isn't working for me sadly. I uninstalled pip pad from my previous run and started a fresh new game in vault 11. The only other pipboy related mod I have is the flashlight one.
It looked like it was working at first but when I tried to use the pipboy in first person it was invisible as well, so I used the console command to give myself the pipboy and now it's not hidden in third person anymore.
I'm sure it's some conflict somewhere but couldn't really sus it out. Anyways, just reporting in.
You have another mod installed who conflicts with mine, the invisible Pip-boy in 1st person is not caused by my mod; for the Pip-boy you added yourself, it is probably the one from the Vault 81 denizens, which is not touched upon by my mod.

This is incorrect. The mod works regardless of starting a new game or loading a save, and at no point the instructions advise you do start a new game.
