Ok so these saves haves a bunch of pre-built settlements? I loaded up a conqueror save and i'm in the intro sequence for the game so i'm kinda confused.
Yes, don't start a new game. Load one of the files selected.
I would go over to the Resource Pack Mod page and get the latest files. I should just delete this page as the Resource is the main and contains these same files.
Is the sole survivor male or female in these save games? It might be worthwhile including in the description the gender of the sole survivor in the save games.
I have only ever played as a male character but wouldn't matter to me playing as a female sole survivor.
Regardless, thank you for making the time to save and share - it will give me a chance to test some new mods without having to go through the whole startup sequence again. Endorsed as it will make my new mod testing easier.

You need to go into your City Manager holotape > tools > performance configuration and change to what works for your computer.
Then after this when in city > tools > refresh local data
This should get it all rebuilt for your system.
You should search for conqueror resource pack. I have consolidated there.
