   Can't believe I found this! I know there is another version of this for console mods where this sound effect replaces the blasting sound when a mini nuke explodes.

   You need to add Flex Tape/Seal as an item craftable in the chem station. Basically a cheaty item that breaks down into 100+ adhesive! cheap to make and really convenient to craft!
   Also, if one uses it as part of a crafted mod for a weapon, that weapon gains a random legendary effect!
   Why? 'cause Flex is THAT awesome! i'm serious like serious Sam! Just ask Phil!!!

    I think a good improvement would be to alternate this with Jontron's "Phil You Make Me Angry Phil" when you perform criticals :-)
