Not correctly. All lootet armor is 100% durability. I hope some day this patch gets an update.

If you know a little about FO4Edit, you can update the patch yourself. Load up the Architect, Horizon, Nuclear Winter and the patches, and go over the records in the patches, and see which ones have differences between Horizon and the NW/H patch. Mainly, you're gonna want to go over the armor entries that are marked as red in the patches, and adjust the data so that it more accurately resembles the version form the Horizon plugin, as seen in the version comparison when you open the records one at a time, except you of course wanna keep any new WH related keywords and such added by the patch.

Also, you'll want to make overwrite copies of the heater and medium or large fire FormLists from NW into the patch, and then add the various heater service items from Horizon to them. That way things like the electric water heater can function to warm up the player character, which makes sense.

Is there a chance we can remove the NW clothing requirement? Not really wanting the meshes of my armors overridden.

I think I'm having an issue with is patch. For some reason, my character becomes tired WAY too fast. I'll go from my rested bonus straight to being tired again, which is like 4 hours in game. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Pretty sure I figured out why I'm always tired... Whenever I get the Mild Hypothermia debuff from the Nuclear Winter mod, it applies the tired debuff in Horizon's system as well. Is there any way you can patch this?? It would be very appreciated!

Hmm... I’ll try and look into it. At first glance I’m not seeing why that would be the case. I don’t consider it a major problem for me because if you are hypothermic you ain’t exactly in tip top shape, but I’ll see what I can figure out.

Thank you so much! & I agree with you. You wouldn't be in good shape when you're hypothermic, but I'd be suffering from exhaustion 5 in game hours after I just slept. It just seems a bit much, I'm constantly sleeping lol. Thank you again for your work!

I looked through it as well as I can. In the default Nuclear Winter without horizon I get the tired -5 AP triggering with mild hypothermia, but with Horizon and Nuclear Winter with my patch I'm not experiencing loosing my well rested perk unless there's some odd script lag on my end. So NW Mild hypothermia triggers 3 effects: the default Immunodeficiency, NW's Reduced Aim "Cold Hands," and NW's Mild Hypothermia which I think is to trigger the shader. My best guess is that Immunodeficiency being a disease is what makes the tired effects trigger, so unless D1v1ne changes the effects of Hypothermia, it appears to be functioning the way it's supposed to. Are you using Horizon's Timescale addon? It actually increases the penalties for being Tired, Overtired, Weary, Exhausted, and Incapacitated. In Vanilla tired is -5 but in horizon's timescale addon its -10. If you disable the timescale addon that may make things more balanced for you. I could make you a patch for the timescale addon to push the sleep deprivation buffs back to default horizon, but that's kinda defeating the point of the Timescale addon.

Also, I know D1v1ne was exploring moving cold debuffs over to the perk system so he'd have access to more effects, so that might end up fixing a bit of your issue as well. (hopefully it doesn't completely break the heck out of my patch haha).

That makes perfect sense. And yes, I'm using Horizon's timescale addon. I would prefer to keep it active if I can, I like the longer in game days over the short vanilla ones. So with the patch you offered to counteract this, I would still be able to keep Horizon's timescale? If it's not too much trouble, I'd really like that. It would help me out a lot!

It wouldn't stop you from getting tired. I'm not sure there's a way, currently, to prevent that from happening. Its the way Nuclear Winter is meant to be played. All I can do is change the timescale horizon tired, exhausted, etc . . . values back to the default horizon ones, so instead of -10 ap for mild hypo it'd be -5. But that affects your standard getting tired over time as well in horizon, there's no way for me to touch one and not the other as far as I can tell. Nuclear winter isn't meant to be easy and neither is horizon, so completely eliminating being tired is kinda just cheating. You could always ask D1v1ne for an easy mode for Nuclear Winter with less penalties, but it is meant for a more extreme survival game.

I found Nac to really be the best visual weather mod for Nuclear Winter. I has options for Darker nights, Darker interiors, a Winter only Climate as well as other manual tweaking adjustments. And it also has a timescale option. It gives several options to reduce timescale and as far as I know, no penalties to go with it. Haven't tested it long enough though to see is the hunger and thirst tickrate has been edited to reflect the timescale but I am sure it would be.

I'm not totally positive but I think you should be using the wood COMPONENT item instead of the wood MISC item in crafting recipes.

Hmm? I didn’t realize horizon changed the wood crafting components as warming food was still working from me and depleting wood. I’m currently out of state so I won’t be able to look at it for a few days, but can anyone else confirm?

When ever I try to download, it says in the Download Manager that "Horizon - Nuclear Winter Patch - Horizon - Nuclear Winter Patch v1 can't be added." Haven't tried and manual download tho. Anyone else have this issue?

Sorry for your troubles, bud. Seems to be working fine. I just downloaded it myself with mod organizer. it's just a rar file with the readme and two esps so you could try manually downloading.
