Isn't working for me, everything has 0 insulation value aside from the starting equipment found in 111. Probably a conflict but curious if anyone else has this problem too, maybe can figure out the culprit.
Until then I'll keep wearing my toasty ushanka hat and winter jacket.
EDIT *fixed*: Ok I fixed it, this glitch happens when the game thinks it's in Universal insulation settings even if you have it set to Realistic.
Simply toggled the insulation settings in MCM from Realistic to Universal and back again. Equip or unequip any item to jog its memory and you're right as rain.
