Noticed that too. When I load this before Armorsmith Extended the suits have Ballistic Weave but no SPECIAL and when I load this after Armorsmith, the suits have no Weave but have SPECIAL. A compatibility patch would fix it I guess.
I came here looking for a +2 agility. Why is it always nerfed and paired with perception which is such a useless special since it has little actual affect on vats accuracy but 2 points of agility is huge towards sneak.
Nice, not too gamebreaking, but still a bit entitled idea for those who don't use PA. However, I would suggest to make Vault 111 Suit give Luck instead of Int. Luck is the second most useless stat after Int, and it would also "sort of" benefit new players without making the Suit "endgame"(like Agi\Per or Str suits). Endurance could also work, but that's a solid boost that could be quite "OP" in the early game. The problem with Int is that it will make the suit ridiculously detrimental to use if you are going Idiot Savant at level 2(like any sane person(pun intended)). Also please note that not all suits are present in the game, unless you intend your players to console them(which I personally don't like). I can at least confirm the absence of Vault 95 Suit, for the rest you can refer to the wiki page - http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_jumpsuit_(Fallout_4). Granted that only 3 suits are legitimately obtainable, you can either put gamechanging stats(Str, Agi\Per, End, Chr) on them, or neutral - Int, Luck. So, if Vault 111 Suit would have Luck, you can make Vault 81 Suit have Int, and Vault 114 - Charisma or Endurance.
Or, you can straight-off offer 2 End for Vault 111, leaving spec-based damage multipliers Str, Agi\Per for later game suits. That might be just a better idea for semi-legit minmaxers, who will drop any non-Str\Agi\Per clothes by endgame, regardless of resistance upgrades.
Thanks for the input. Well my idea was to make 111 +INT so you get more EXP at start when you need it most. 81 +CHR because it's easily obtainable and useful only for barter/dialogue checks, it also fits Vault 81 friendly theme imo, and 114 is not OP as you think, because there is Gronak suit right next to the city and it gives melee bonus on top of +2 STR(and you can get it quite early). Rest are just what it is, i just distributed remaining stats on unobtainable suits. Mostly because other modders include them in retexturing mods so i made everything compatible. There is also plenty of easily obtainable clothing with +2 to anything so i doubt it makes sence to talk balance here. But anyone can download FO4Edit, open my mod and and replace enchantment on suits to anything for personal use. There is drop-down list, you don't need to know hex codes or anything. Otherwise there would be quite a few SUIT/STAT combinations and mod versions.
Oh and Luck isn't useless. In FO4 crit shots ALWAYS hit (assuming initial chance isn't 0).

Edit: ouch. Noticed this is yet another mod that has been abandoned. Sad.

Just FO4Edit. Added to description.
Other than that, definitely downloading.
