Fixed an issue where paper money sounded oddly metallic
By which I mean it makes paper sounds now

Fixed an issue where people in the commonwealth were using bottlecaps as currency
Simple mod that swaps the roles of Bottle Caps and Pre-War Money
Bottlecaps are now a junk item worth 1 steel while Pre-War Money is currency
Cap Stashes have been changed to Cash Stashes, though they still say caps on them but shut up.
Bottlecap Mines and the Money Shot effect still spawn caps and not money.
I just kinda wanted a mod that did this but couldn't find one, so I did it myself.
People still call it Caps in game cause they're dumb.
