Since this only covers the western side of Starlight Drive-in, would you have the time/inclination to make an ESP version of your settlement? That way we could merge it with other settlements (transfer or other esp) that cover the main building with the projection booth (Starlight Blue is the first one that comes to mind).

    What do you think?

BTW, endorsed! It's a lovely piece of design.

You need to learn to use the mod called Transfer Settlements https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442

Transfer Settlements lets you download mods like this and then import them into your game.Review that mods page and let me know if you have questions

Sorry I didn't use your mod by it was inspiration for making a similar settlement of my own (this is not a mod), imitation is greatest form of flattery they say:

This was not easy to build using an incredible amount for console positioning commands to get it exactly lined up (to the pixel) over the screen otherwise the corner support beams would look out of position etc. Anyway its still a work in progress but the structure and power are done now just to furnish it etc.

Glad to be an inspiration! Looks good and I certainly understand the effort to get things to look right ..... did a bit of the console positioning myself.
