First Grate faction idea love it second i'm a little confused sense there is no description i'm assuming that i installed it right using vortex and i have all the requirements but after making a new game and assuming i have to go to the area that the pillars of the community is located after talking to the main guy he takes me in the room and takes my stuff and tells me to say something but that's it am i suppose to do something after this do i tell my friends about the group like he said to. who are my friends? how do i become a level two? how do i start manipulating settlements for their caps and take over the commonwealth with the pillars.
Is the quest "Become a Pillar" supposed to be added at game start? I have it starting at the character creation screen but your description gives me the impression it should start after meeting Brother Jose.
Not sure what I did wrong. Installed using MO2. When I go into the game everything quivers (not sure how else to describe it). The dialogue is faded and I can't select an option. I've tried both high and low in my load order. The other faction mods I have work fine.
I have no idea friend. I added nothing that would change your GUI.

I use MO2 as well so this Mod is fully tested with it. I have had reports people having issues with the Minuteman pack (its the only one with bug reports too). I would start there.
OK I saw this error. Looks like my quest is borked. I will have to fix it. For now go to the War planners desk and use the craft option. It will auto complete the Pillar quest clearing this bug.
Considering there are no voices or assets for that faction, I wouldn't get your hopes up too high for such a mod, at least any time soon. You're probably just looking at a re-skin of BOS but who knows? someone may surprise us.
Only way I can see this happening is if someone asks Otellino for permission to use his voice files from America Rising. FCOM was allowed to use them, so it wouldn't be unprecedented, but yeah, don't get your hopes up for much beyond a BoS reskin.

This is very hard! You can't really steamroll the other factions like you can as raiders. I like it though because it's more of a challenge. One question, Where is Brother Jose? I have 2 towns and haven't seen him yet. Do I need to be a certain level?
He will show up randomly. I made it this way because the weapon he gives you is a little OP. I also watered down the "Heavy" Guard NPC spawns with the standard spawns for this reason. I like higher difficulty so this Faction Pack reflects that.
These lads look nice and all but last time i talked to them, all their heads exploded because of a falling brotherhood vertibird. In one go, the Pillars of the Community were slaughtered by destiny itself... I don't think they would fit as being rulers of the commonwealth :P

If the Pillars are a true conqueror faction pack and not a Liberator version, the settlement might be a problem if people attack it. What happens with Brother Jose then?
Should'nt effect this mod. since the dialog was lacking for the Pillars I made my own faction and assigned new dialog to them. The Pillars at the amphitheater are allies though but are a different (and lesser) faction of the one I made.

Fix was very easy. Update to 1.9
