Necro as heck, I'm sure you've fixed this or moved on by now but for anyone else with this problem, it sometimes occurs when you use SKK's mods, NPCs do not recognize their custom enemies and occasionally turrets do not either, it seems to happen most often in custom settlements. The 2 mods I'm referring to are SKK's Combat Stalkers and Feral Nights , knowing SKK's work, this may be intentional and there may be other mods out there which add new enemy types that aren't always recognized by the turret system.

Note: I am absolutely NOT saying that people should not use SKK's mods, I love them and to me they are essential in my LO. I just wanted to bring awareness for anyone reading this in 2023 and beyond
On the plus side Nahant Bar and Grille seems to be compatible with Zorkaz' Nahant - More Things To Do and makes the settlement even more fun :)
So there is scrap everywhere, no flags like in the pics, floors have holes, and old furniture all over. Looks same as usual before mod. I am new to using mods. I am on the ps4 and want to use this so much as it looks awesome. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong to make it look like nothing has been done. Also there are duplicates of tables and chairs all over because it says I deleted one but it still shows. It basically doesn't let me scrap and again there is trash like there is no mod. I do have the mod enabled. Thank you for making this and can you please help me? I have no idea what an esl or whatever those files are...very new to mods...?
i seems to have the same problem recently BUT it wasn't like this before... it was working (except i have the problem that some settlers stand at the pier forever) Anyway In the last 2-3 weeks i was downloading a lot of new random mods then now i realized that something did something to this location (or other locations too i'm not sure).
It's hard to figure out which new mods or mod updates i did which affects this ..
OK I think i found out which stupid mod is the culprit PREVISIBINES REPAIR PACK (PRP)..... I trial and error get rid of this and everything is nice again Btw PRP also DOES NOT work as advertised for me in regards to the framerates ..
Hello. From the Black Rock Bank generally straight border so that the road and there, and here applies.There is a conflict with the Black Rock Bank mod. Is that if you put one below that I have no chance to move people, if on the contrary this is lower than the lost opportunity of the relocation of people in the. I think that the conflict is in the disputed territory between them, passing along the road, it is on both versions of these mods refers to both of them at the same time. That is, in fact, 2 locations merge into one. If you put this above the Black Rock, then all the garbage in the location again lies and nothing is removed, everything is mixed up and mine and the old, if I rearranged in places, again everything was beautiful and clean. And lokation Black Rock Bank now turned into the name of the Commonwealth for some reason the same thing was back when changing the place of 2 mods, this location changed its name to the Commonwealth too.
I like the area and the idea and I can work around my issues, but wanted to know if this is just me.
I was using the esp and while there was a little trash on the side by the motorcyclist it wasn't bad and I can delete it if I want to get rid of it, but can not use the scrape mod I use on my other mods. I decided to try the esl file because of the # of mods I have but this one had trash all over and again, couldn't scrape it. I can scrape all the furniture and house hold items, but not trees or trash.I did take photo if you want to see it.
Again, I like the mod and can work around my issues. Thanks,
Really stupid question that I haven't seen answered or addressed yet on any of your mods (which look fantastic), can I just add this to a new game or do I need to wait until I've made my way there? If this has been addressed, I apologise.
No worries, its fine. With this one you can install pretty much whenever you like. The map marker should be visible an you should be able to fast travel to the settlement right away, even if you haven't been there before.
Nice, thanks for downloading. I hope you enjoy them. If you use some of the ones that are closest together they may require some testing on load order. But they should play nicely once you get them sorted out.
I just re-downloaded the exact same ESL you have just to make certain, and tested it myself with a 99% complete save game that never had mods installed and a brand new game, they showed up after sleeping 8 hours in both saves.
If you are using better settlers or another settler mod that may be causing issues. Try your load order.
If you are using another one of my mods for the same area, it might also cause an issue. There is some overlap on settlement area with Black Rock Bank. Again, load order is key to solving that issue as well.

Took a bit, but I identified it - it is some kind of strange interaction with the mod "flicker fixer".

Totally weird.
But when I disable that mod, I don't fall through the floor.
(I disable the Flicker Fixer.esp file).
I even disabled all mods, the enabled nahant - went to the cell and walked around.
Floor fine.
Once I enabled flicker fixer - issue returned.
