If it interests you (or heck anyone else), here's a video on the gun by Ian "Gun Jesus" McCollum where he goes over its history and even takes it apart:
I have been using your M29 Devil mod for quite a while (the damage potential is bonkers) And this beautiful gun is equally awesome, really neat concept and properly suited for high level gameplay. (Running SOURGE with boosted ncp health etc and Unleveled World).
NOT a complaint, but the drop rate seems a bit high, but not an issue.
I see a million AK mods but not a single RK. There's a single Jatimatic and KP/-31 mod for NV, but that's about it. This is my favourite pistol mod for this game. I'm totally rooting for a KP/-31 and RK62/95 mod.
It has no dependencies besides the base game. The problem may be a version mismatch issue; if you're running a game version older than the 1.10.162 update, certain mods won't work or will crash the game due to the version header in the ESP changing. You can use xEdit to fix that by loading the mod, going to File Header and change it from 1.0 to 0.95. That is of course assuming that's actually the problem. How did you install the mod, and did you try to flag it as an ESL?
EDIT: Was able to check the ESP myself to see its version header, it's 0.95 so a version mismatch isn't the problem here. If you ESL flagged the mod, remove the ESL flag and see if things work then. Otherwise, make sure Archive Invalidation is properly set up, the crashes could be due to the game not reading the archives. On that note, if you installed with Vortex, make sure it installed everything correctly. If you extracted the BA2 archives, clear out any loose files resulting from said extraction, specifically any texture files; certain (older) extraction tools can corrupt the textures due to not being able to handle the BC7 DDS compression format, which can cause crashes. If you have to extract the archives for whatever reason, use Bethesda Archive Extractor.
I love the Luger-esque look of this gun! Thanks for another wonderful mod, DMagnus, can't wait to try it out in-game. Also, do you have any plans on the horizon for a future mod, or maybe some updates? Just curious, no pressure :)
Oh, a TT-33! That's wonderful, I can see it fitting right into Fallout as a Russian-made Chinese Army pistol that found its way into the hands of the post-apocalyptic Commonwealth denizens. Hope it goes well, take your time.

Obviously that means I've got to install it.

Endorsed ,ofc!
does it need any other packages in order to work?

turns out that not unpacking the BA2 files fixed the issue. I had unpacked the BA2's before and that is what caused the crashes
working perfectly now!
Great mod, love this style of pistol
You gotta shoot them in the head.
