This mod adds in the Ouroboros and Flamel from Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood for both female and male body, this only works for vanilla body. Installation : Just drop the Textures folder into the Data folder.

Note : there's a different version of the male body Flamel available to download since the one showcased in the first picture you see before you click on this mod is not the original Flamel from FMAB, if you want the original one, download the optional file and replace the old one.
Worth mentioning is that you can see the tattoo in first person when reloading :)
