I just redownloaded the file and tested it, it worked fine for me. I even removed the "ReShade32.dll" and "ReShade64.dll" from the ReShade Framework that I didn't included in this file and it still worked. It might be one of your mods causing the problem (I actually don't think ReShade can cause CTD, I had some truble with it when I tried to use it with Witcher 3, the only thing that can happen afaik is that it just doesn't work, but no crashes.)
If you still get crashes after removing all files from this preset it's the game or a mod, if not try downloading ReShade framework, unpack into game folder then unpack this preset on top of it (overwrite).
You could also try something of this: https://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/3712/ It's meant for SweetFX (SweetFX is integrated in ReShade and I only used SweetFx options). Don't know if it will work or not tho.
Scroll lock ("Rollen" if you use a german keyboard perhaps?) is the default key as far as I know. I didn't set it and I don't know if/how you can change it. Try to google "scroll lock" in google image search, maybe you have it and just missed it?
I search a bit and i found only this comment on a video on youtube about reshade of gta 5:
"Yes, Inside the SweetFX folder should be another Text file called ''Global Settings'', inside this text doc is the option to change the keys for On/Off, Screenshots and other options, just used the Keyboard Layout guide in there to define the key you want to use instead of scroll lock."
If you open Mediator.exe (the ReShade Framework configuration program) and go to "common", you find "RFX_ToggleKey VK SCROLL". When you hover your mouse over it, the infobox at the top says "Set the global key that should toggle the effects On/Off. Go to ReShade/Common/KeyCodes.h for additional key codes." I can't open the .h file but if you want to change the key you will most likely have to edit something inside this file. I could also make some more screens if you want, just give me some in-game locations.
I'm realy sorry I can't help you with this problem, but i'm very inexperienced with reshade/sweetfx/modding alltogether :/
Edit: Maybe a macro program is a workaround here. Some people use AutoHotkey. Not sure if it will work, but maybe you can set another key (like one of the "f*number*" keys) to also work as the scroll lock key.
I simply don't like to play with DoF. It looks good on screenshots but it annoys me while playing. It's just my personal preference, like every other changes made by this preset However, feel free to add DoF if you like to see how it looks with it enabled and upload some screenshots! I highly encourage everyone to either make their own preset or tweak mine (or other already existing presets).

There is a similar file in your mod?
