So, as I said before I love that you did this :) Quick question though, could you possibly make variants of this model where it's open *and has proper darkness inside*. As well as one where it's open but that tab is removed *since sometimes people rip those off*. I ask because, as one of the Lead Developers of the Fallout 4: Midwest project I can say with absolute certainty that we will NEED this model for our project to recreate Fallout Tactics in Fallout 4. Since as we know, Can Tabs were used in the Midwestern wasteland instead of bottlecaps *we plan to add additional lore to explain this*
Updated to Version that pull tab opens. The file contains a Blender File with tab openings and tabs are closed / open nif. You can Move / Rotate or remove tabs from nifskope.
Did you just use a Smart Material in Substance Painter to texture?
I do not have a Substance Painter. ScreenShot was taken with Cycles Render using PBR Material in Blender. If you are a Blender beginner and you do not know how to use PBR Material, this video will be helpful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H5W6C_Mbck
If you are familiar with Substance Painter and would like to add more texture, The uploaded Blender's file uses Principled bsdf Material, so you should be able to move smoothly.

I will make a open tab version.
I thought that the empty can of Nuka-Cola in a Can (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37850) was a good idea.
