For those that were wondering, yes you can make each individual car faster. Open the console and click on the car. It should give you the PRID of the car. Then you can use the following for ANYONE, frankly:
prid.modav speedmult x where x is a number where 100= default and 1000= 10x default speed Example, player character is:
Not a bad mod at all, it made mines dangerous once more, even with the Sneak perk. I was once driving along, I also use the True Frags mod by the way, and the car hit a mine, and I was sent at least 100 ft (~30m)
I just want to say thank you for this wonderful mod. i just found it today and it has fixed a fundamental issue i had with fallout 4, the fact that the only "vehicle" you get is the power armor. even if the physics might be a bit wonky and the cars arent as fast as i was originally hoping they would be, this is an amazing mod so thank you for your hard work. :-)

U can change the Missing Master with WyreBash
