To do that properly, I would have to spend an awful lot of time tinkering with "play balance" to adjust things specifically for Fallout London. Not sure that I am up for doing that. Been mulling it over though. Same for my other Fallout 4 mods which involve direct combat in some way.
Hello, your Protectron bots are a must-have in my LO: is there any way we could get an AiO of those for use over on Xbox (we only have 150 slots, and making an AiO would be really useful) Also, I've noticed the Repair Bot keeps telling me No Repairs Needed. Is there a way to turn off these notifications?
No AIO. Fair enough. If I ever play a list where I am running out of slots, I might try merging these mods on my own for personal only use. At the moment, I am playing a light list due to Next-Gen, so I can dedicate these slots to each of them.
In the plugin "Recruitable Settlers", there are specialists who identify synths pretending to be settlers. In case of detection, the synths attack first, which allows the specialist not to become an enemy for other settlers. Does your police robot have such a function?
These robots are not able to detect the presence of Synths pretending to be Settlers. It is intentional, in order to ensure that this "surprise" game feature can still happen.
i posted 2 varriants because the sentry bot could be to much our would be to difficult because of his size tried to think about a logical list the protectron is more like a civilian bot with the lowest ranking in comparrison with the assaultron our even the sentry bot if i think about it the second varriant looks more plausible
our that the protectrons looks at least better and has better fitting with higher levels (only build lvl 1 and got a look at lvl 2 and they look the same at least at building)
Greetings, Athelbas. I really like all your robot helpers and I've installed 5. They are cute, helpful and they speak.
I just want to know if their are limits how many robots I can build per settlement. I built 5 police bots, 4 of them came out off the pots and began to search the area but the 5th stood still in pod and did not move. And when I clicked more time to 'speak' with him I got CTD. I do NOT want to say that the mod did CTD, I just thought maybe I installed too many police bots per settlement and it caused the crash.
For certain robots there is a limit of one per settlement; e.g. Mr Tidy and Mr Salvage. There are no other imposed limits for how many can be built.
So I have no idea why that crash occurred, or whether it was my mod that caused it. If you ever have a saved game that can easily be used to cause such a crash, then please make it available for investigation. It should be a "full" saved game (not a "quick" save) with your character standing nearby.
Saved games are in \Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves with .FOS as the extension. Upload it to somewhere I can grab it from, or email it as an attachment to: [email protected].
Thank you for the answer. Like I said, I did NOT want(ed) to say your mod caused the issue. I just wanted know, IF it could be. Except Mr Tidy and Mr Salvage, their are no build limits. Now, I know it. Thank again. I can build then many police bots.
I made quick save but then played from another save so I must build robots again.
I ALWAYS make a FULL save as soon as I arrive at new cities, or special areas. Then I save again AFTER I ended (special) quests.
So, after installing MORE mods (atm active 425+ plugins), I had to start new at least 3 NEW game starts, I tested your mod again in the same settlement area, built 5 police bots, talked to them all, made them to control the whole area. NO crash anymore. When I had the crash it must had to do with conflicting mods (wrong mod installation and plugins load order). But I think building more than 5 bots is the limit somehow in special areas, but I will continue to test your mods (all of the cute robots helpers).
I forgot to tell you that what you did with plugins is very good idea. What I mean is you made always 2 plugins - one .ESP, one .ESL. I always use (if possible) .ESL (or when it has ESL flagged ESP.) before I install mods. Otherwise, I were at my limits with 255 plugins and that's what I do not like.
Thumbs up for your CUTE robot helpers (who can also walk AND talk).
Would it be possible to "upgrade" existing bots instead scrapping them or storing the lower grade versions? The materials needed would just be the extra parts above what was currently used for the previous model.
Just a thought, not a serious request or anything.
I will add that idea to my list of things to consider when I am between projects and thinking about what to do next. Thank you for offering a suggestion.
I really like your settlement robot mods! I'm only sorry it took me so long to become aware of them. Police Bot and Repair Bot are especially indispensable for me!
I also really appreciate the well written and fully informative description page for your mods. (You deserve a Kudos for that alone)
I prefer to not alter existing human supply-line provisioner groups. And ample healing opportunities already exist in the game; plus Mr Medic is available for settlement construction via "Settlement Medic Bot". Mr Caravan is a protectron supply-line provisioner when working, and a settlement defender when at leisure. Mr Postman will be diligently traveling assigned mail routes.

Mr Law robot which provides law enforcement services for a settlement.
The main download is for the .ESP file; an .ESL version is also available. Install one or the other, not both.
If you use Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) to install mods and patches, go get the newest version found Here.
See the Description page for a list of My Other Mods in this "Settlement" series.

Interact with his station pod and set his Repair Frequency to No Repair Checks.

Currently working on "Settlement Delivery Bot" to provide Mr Caravan and Mr Postman.
