The WristBreaker is very similar to a common jury-rig criminals do in Brazil, the Shell Revolver, and possibly with the same result, should police not confiscate it.

It couldn't be that it is actually .38 caliber, which is 9mm, or more specifically 9x23mmSR ACP.
It also occurs to me the magazine has no room for a spring or follower to push the cartridges up.
Also, it may just be me... but the bullets feel really big on the model. Like they're .50AE and not .38ACP. Which explains why it looks like there's only 16 rounds in the magazine. Overly large bullets, not dual-stacked. Complain complain, gripe gripe.
Also looks a lot like the Luti SMG, which was explicitly designed as a DIY weapon one can make from parts bought at a hardware store (largely as a protest against the UK's gun control laws).
