Tell the companion to stay or wait so she doesn't sandbox out of sight. Then hit the ~ (tilde) key up in the left hand corner of your keyboard. Now left click on the companion and a number will show on the screen. Type in "showlooksmenu" without quotes and the looks menu will pop up. Hit the ~ key again, make your changes like you did in character creation and hit the enter key when you're done. Using this method, you can make any companion look anyway you want, even using looksmenu presets.
These companions you are releasing are great dude, btw can i offer some advice? I know you want to have them with more custom outfits but i think it might keep some people from using them, maybe release a second version where they use a vanilla outfit.
I agree on this. First make the companion with vanilla, (or as close as possible to vanilla,) stuff, SAVE and mark as Basic Option, and then fiddle more and SAVE and offer this version as Advanced Option.
hi I have one or two questions , is she a full companion ie can she be sent to a settlement (unlike the heather mod you can not until you max her affinity ), and leading on from my previous question does she count as a full companion as in recruitment wise because I do not use any multi companion mods (makes my game to easy with those mods but I have heather who I think is little cheaty) and thank you for your time reading this post.
I wish the voice could be more lively than it should be. This voice is more synth than a legit gen3 synth. But not gonna lie this voice is nice tbh, real nice
Dude, you go light on description don't you? I use your Zoey mod and like it a lot. At least she has a few lines of explanation. Can I give a small bit of advice? make a short list of what the mod does. Does she have a custom body? Does she use a custom weapon? Does she use affinity? Is she romance-able? Is she associated to any quests. Can she be sent to a settlement as a settler? You don't need text books of information, just some basics. She looks pretty good, from the one lonely screen shot.
Take my criticisms lightly. I applaud your efforts at making custom voiced companions at all and the other two I've tried (James and Zoey) are pretty good. I appreciate that you aren't making a bunch of waifus and fashion babes but companions with a bit of character. I hope you hit all the CVR voices and make a bunch of companions. We could certainly use them. It's just if you want to see them downloaded you're going to have to let people know what they are. Most people won't take the time to download a mod unless they think they'll like it. I'm one of the hardcore types that will install a mod just to give it a once over. Just my two cents. And from all of us that do not have the time or skills to create mods, thank you very much for all your efforts.
Gotta post a video mate. I'm not going through the effort to download install and then find her just to see if she is well voiced. Without being able to preview her voice this mod just won't take off unfortunately.
