Modifies the Synth Relay Grenade to bring in a level gen 2 synth that follows you.

I have always felt the Synth Relay Grenade is fairly useless with the level 1 synth it summons that stays in the grenade spot. This mod changes the synth brought in to be a gen 2 type that is at your level and is equipped better (more so if use Synth Overhaul). It will follow you around and fast travel with you.
If you use FemaleSynths - NPCs.esp (recommend you use my patch for that mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34247) then load after it because it also modified the Synth Relay Grenade but only a level 18 synth that does not follow.
