I've been playing this mod along with Loot Overhaul 2016 + 2017 Patches and Advanced AI Tweaks and been having a blast. Loving the player health rebalance, weapon rebalance, and many of the perk changes.
However, the clothing module doesn't work because of a missing master. It requires cctosfo4001-neosky.esm, which is the Noir Penthouse Creation Club content. Is there any way to get it to work without it?
Other questions:
- Does this mod add the Bloody Mess exploding enemies effect by default, without having even selected the relevant perk? The No Bloody Mess mod (22758 on Nexus) removes it again, for what it's worth.
- While the nerf to the weapon damage perks (Rifleman, Commando etc.) is good and necessary, I feel like the sneak attack mechanic in general and the Ninja perk on top of it are even more OP. Did you ever think about nerfing this too?
Hi, glad to know someone is benefiting from this! Yeah, I bought the Noir Penthouse CC content.. well, I could do simply upload a separate clothing module that doesn't include CC content..and...done! On your questions: 1. No this mod does not tweak any Bloody Mess effect. 2. As much as I want to make it realistic, I still remembered playing FO1 and FO2 that having the endgame perks make us super OP too (i.e. Slayer, Sniper, Silent Death), so ain't gona change that.
