I made this cause I liked the Skyrim mod Clumsykiin.
You should assign it to a hotkey slot to use it, don't drink it in the pipboy inventory.
If you use it from the pipboy you will get stuck and have to load,
unless you have Fallsouls mod with pipboy activated.
This helped me learn textures and stuff.
I looked at Melee Bash Knockdown in fo4edit to see what effect to use. It's sniper push effect.
