I see that patches are very poorly made. Rad-Ban still have their full bonuses 20 Rad Resist + 1 PER which does not go well with horizon no SPECIAL in armors balance. Backpacks do not have their respective sorting name.
Where can I find the West tek Optical item for Toggling the visors ON/OFF, does this patch change where the item is? Original mod says its in chembench but cant find it
I was wondering that too, but i think it might be a safe assumption its for the crafting version. Its the only version that would really need patching.
Animated Chems Redone? Interesting, I've never heard of that before. I have a patch for Chems Redux which I've always taken a liking to due its glow effects. I'll have to check this out.
One thing though, you'll probably need to make a patch specifically for Desolation Mode just like I had to do, since it changes how chems work. Given the developer is now basing the balance of Horizon around desolation mode (as he's stated in various places) it'd be a good idea to include this.
