If you use the mod NPCs travel you should see a good bit more females from that mod no matter which version you use.
Added alternate version that reintroduces some of the male leveled list entries so when game pulls from that list it has chance to spawn a male(just less of a chance than normal)
There is an issue in Pick man Gallery. A few raider is female with male voice. I guess, it is the game setting to spawn male raider in that area. But your mod accidentally did this issue.
i just ran into something like this as well, i chose the version of this mod that should only effect the women NPC's but i sometimes hear male voices and then they turn into females lol. and codsworth is now a female bod with a males voice lol.
Happened to me as well. I had already done that quest when I installed this, but now on another play all those male dialogues are made by female raiders. Only funny, so no complaints.

just started a new playthrough with this mod and something unsuspected happens, codsworth is a hot female lol. the lips don't sync very well when he talks, but the uncanny voice on a hot female body is disturbing and funny at the same time, though i am kind of worried that every robot i run into will be like this lol.
edit: i was mistaken, it was not this mod that did these things, i was using another mod that altered some of the same things and this mod didn't apparently download or install into my load order.
Have you ever thought of making a mod identical of this one for SSE? I've been looking for one, love this one for FO4. I gotta admit I love seeing more females in game. If you know of one for SSE that does this already, I'd love to know. I've looked, but there's over 30K mods.even narrowing the search takes forever. Even if this goes unanswered, thanks for your work, FO4 has been positively effected from this!

Pretty sure this working on npc raiders, gunners, etc., but not sure if it works on npcs generated by Open Season Extended II. Do you think it should? I wanted it to.
Any chance can you make a mod that does the opposite? Takes out female spawn chance. I like having slutty female replacement, but I don't like hurting them!!
would take a couple of minutes to make a patch to add in variants of any other mod that adds npcs that change these specific leveled lists.. unfortunately i'm not playing fallout 4 anymore so won't be doing any patches.. but really just basic xedit knowledge is all you need and it's really simple stuff
I've been messing with getting this to work for hours. On the Lots more Settlers and Enemies it makes the random NPC's much more attractive but it won't run with this mod. I found a All Female Patch on the optional downloads here https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17343/?tab=description and that makes all the npcs into females. THEY were willing to spend a couple minutes to make a patch. I Installed all the requirements but my game would not load. I spent a long time before I realized I needed to reinstall Mostly Female NPC's, then it worked. You might not need to download that, I am not sure. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4916 Before I added the All Female Patch the Mostly Female mod didn't seem to work at all so I uninstalled it. Maybe it's only needed because I used it before. Now when I use recycleactor it's always a female. It's great. I haven't tested it more than a bunch of settlers yet.
