Tenpines Bluff Reborn - Version 1.2.5
Asher Latham

::Instructions::

We recommend starting a new game with this mod. - Workshop placement may be incorrect if you load the mod with an existing save file.
You can try using this mod with a current game, but any objects you added to Tenpines Bluff in-game through the Workshop, will need to be deleted as they will conflict with the mod (just like with Sim Settlements).
If your location is Tenpines Bluff when adding the mod, be aware, you should fast travel away from the area and return to allow certain changes to apply.
We don't recommend using this mod with any mods that alter the landscape and design of Tenpines Bluff.

::Requirments::
Fallout 4 Base Game

::Features::
Hand-crafted Navmesh
All-new backstory explaining the history of the Tenpines Bluff farm.
One player-specific farming lot for the player including the additional two NPC farming lots
Created three unique NPCs to replace the unnamed settlers.
Created an entire family house w/ cellar

::More accurate representation of the game lore::

Two family members arrived at Tenpines Bluff and seemingly built a tiny shed to live in.
The small foundation at the bottom of the location implied that, even the house before it, was infact tiny.
This didn't seem right, we felt the house was also much more destroyed than its neighbouring buildings, some of which would have 'perhaps' acted as a defence to the nuclear blast.

Our goal is really to enhance the experience offered to the player, to do this, we added an atmosphere, created a family home, created a back story for the pre-war family and even added an implication to the new post-war family as being relatively new to the location, having only cleaned the area and planted crops, but still were unable to access the Tenpines Bluff cellar.

We hope you enjoy the content.

::Update Version 1.0.7::

Cleaned and removed unused assets, added a few more decals and bushes.

This update is mostly important if you want to reduce the chances of a compatibility issue with other mods.

Simply update the mod as usual and enjoy the content.
